Biophilic design: This trend is all about bringing nature indoors to create a calming and restorative space. This can be achieved through the use of natural materials like wood, stone, and plants, as well as natural light and ventilation.

Earthy and natural tones: Warm colors like beige, brown, and cream are making a comeback in bathroom design. These colors create a sense of relaxation and tranquility, and they work well with a variety of materials and styles.

Mixed materials: Don’t be afraid to mix and match different materials in your bathroom, such as wood, stone, metal, and glass. This can add visual interest and create a unique look.

Artistic tiling: Tiles are a great way to add personality to your bathroom. This year, we’re seeing a trend towards more artistic and patterned tiles.

Technology integration: Technology is becoming increasingly popular in bathrooms, with features like smart showers, heated floors, and voice-activated controls.

Sustainable features: People are becoming more and more eco-conscious, and this is reflected in bathroom trends as well. Look for sustainable features like low-flow toilets and showers, and recycled materials.

Spa-like atmosphere: Many people are looking to create a spa-like atmosphere in their bathrooms, with features like freestanding baths, walk-in showers, and luxurious finishes.

Small bathroom maximization: Even small bathrooms can be stylish and functional. Look for space-saving features like wall-mounted toilets, vanity units with built-in storage, and corner showers.

This Amazing Design

This bathroom uses several of the design ideas listed above and some of our own to make it fit in a small space.

This was a tiny bathroom that had pipework with no option to be moved. The shower panel by Wetwall is an acrylic shower wall panel that looks just like glass.

Custom panelling around the bathroom contains water supplies and waste for the basin with a concealed frame for the Lusso Matt White Wall Hung Toilet, and a large hidden storage cubbord above the WC also giving hidden access for servicing.

A Full-length Mirror was used to make the space feel much larger and was drilled to fit two Lusso Light Fittings and their fitting range was also used for a hand towel holder.

Electric Underfloor Heating was used with the small pattern tile to add to the look of more space made by AIK Glass.
